Chris Brown, Executive Director
Chris brings many years of experience working on health care initiatives to his role as Executive Director. He is responsible for supervising daily operations and coordinating efforts with partners and stakeholders. He also serves as the Executive Director for Quality Insights Renal Network 3, serving New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
Kou Kha-Moua, Quality Improvement Director
Kou offers more than nine years of health care experience to Network 4 and is responsible for coordinating quality improvement projects related to dialysis management. She also coordinates clinical and administrative issues related to dialysis facilities in the Network.
Jeannette Shrift, Quality Improvement Coordinator
Jeannette brings quality improvement experience to this position from both the inpatient and outpatient environments. As a Quality Improvement Coordinator for Network 4, she is responsible for implementing quality improvement projects focused on dialysis facility management and renal patient care at both local and regional levels.
Deborah Knight, Patient Services Coordinator
Deborah brings 13 years of experience to her position as patient services coordinator. She is responsible for assuming a proactive role in resolving complaints and grievances reported by patients and/or facilities and providers, as well as relaying information about available resources to the renal community.
Karen Hricak, Data Manager
Karen is responsible for the supervision of data as well as answering facility questions regarding forms compliance. She also assists in daily operations, maintenance, integrity, and confidentiality of the Network 4 database and data systems. Karen brings more than 16 years of experience to the Network.
Emma Fountain, Administrative Assistant
Emma brings more than 30 years of experience to her role as Administrative Assistant. Emma is responsible for overseeing daily office operations for Network 4. She also assists the Data Manager with data entry and answers facility questions regarding EQRS. She also serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers and provides administrative support to all Network 4 staff as needed.
