Chris BrownChris Brown, Executive Director
Chris brings many years of experience working on health care initiatives to his role as Executive Director. He is responsible for supervising daily operations and coordinating efforts with partners and stakeholders. He also serves as the Executive Director for Quality Insights Renal Network 3, serving New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands. 

Tish Lawson - Executive DirectorTish Lawson, Quality Improvement Director  
Tish brings more than 35 years of experience to her role as Quality Improvement Director. She has extensive experience in clinical nursing concepts, quality improvement/process improvement and leadership. She is responsible for developing and managing quality improvement projects related to dialysis management.  


Kou - QI DirectorKou Kha-Moua, Quality Improvement Coordinator 
Kou offers more than nine years of health care experience to Network 4 and is responsible for coordinating quality improvement projects related to dialysis management.  She also coordinates clinical and administrative issues related to dialysis facilities in the Network.

Jeanette Shrift - QI CoordinatorJeannette Shrift, Quality Improvement Coordinator 
Jeannette brings quality improvement experience to this position from both the inpatient and outpatient environments. As a Quality Improvement Coordinator for Network 4, she is responsible for implementing quality improvement projects focused on dialysis facility management and renal patient care at both local and regional levels.


Deborah Knight - Patient Services CoordinatorDeborah Knight, Patient Services Coordinator
Deborah brings 13 years of experience to her position as patient services coordinator. She is responsible for assuming a proactive role in resolving complaints and grievances reported by patients and/or facilities and providers, as well as relaying information about available resources to the renal community.

Karen Hricak - Data ManagerKaren Hricak, Data Manager 
Karen is responsible for the supervision of data as well as answering facility questions regarding forms compliance. She also assists in daily operations, maintenance, integrity, and confidentiality of the Network 4 database and data systems.  Karen brings more than 16 years of experience to the Network.

Emma FountainEmma Fountain, Administrative Assistant
Emma brings more than 30 years of experience to her role as Administrative Assistant. Emma is responsible for overseeing daily office operations for Network 4. She also assists the Data Manager with data entry, functions as the project manager for the Network 4 Annual Meeting.  She also serves as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers and provides administrative support to all Network 4 staff as needed.
